These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Medina Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Audiobook Generator mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the App. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. License to use the App

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"). You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.

3. What the App does

The App lets you import EPUB e-books and generate audio narration of their chapters using automated text-to-speech technology, metered by credits. Narration is generated by computer voices and may contain mispronunciations, errors, or inaccuracies. Audio is provided for your personal listening only.

4. Your content and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the books and files you import. You represent that you own them or otherwise have all rights necessary to upload them and to create audio narration from them.
• You must not import or narrate content that infringes anyone's copyright or other rights, or that is unlawful.
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your imported content solely to operate the App for you (for example, to parse chapters and generate narration). We do not claim ownership of your content.
• You must not misuse the App, including attempting to bypass credit limits, interfere with the service, access it through unauthorized means, or abuse free credits.

5. Credits, subscriptions, and billing

• Credits. Narration is paid for with credits (where one credit corresponds to approximately 1,000 characters of text). Credits are a limited license to use the narration feature; they have no cash value, are not your property, and are non-transferable.
• Credit packs. Credit packs are one-time purchases that add a fixed number of credits to your balance, as described at the point of purchase.
• Subscriptions. Pro subscriptions are auto-renewing and grant a set number of credits each billing period (or up front, for annual plans), as described at the point of purchase. Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews and your payment method is charged at the then-current price for each new period.
• Payment and cancellation. All purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before it begins.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, purchases and used credits are non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Changes. We may change credit amounts, subscription features, and pricing going forward. Price changes to an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with Apple's requirements.
