1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Medina Apps LLC, a Texas limited liability company (Texas Secretary of State File No. 806549068) ("Medina Apps," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Calfmaxx mobile application and any related services (together, the "App").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Who May Use the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from using it under any applicable law.

3. Health and Fitness Disclaimer — Please Read

Calfmaxx is a fitness tool, not a medical service. We are not doctors, physical therapists, or licensed healthcare providers, and nothing in the App is medical advice.

• The workouts, rep targets, challenges, and training prescriptions in the App are general fitness information and are not tailored to your medical history, injuries, or conditions.
• Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have any injury, illness, or condition affecting your feet, ankles, calves, knees, back, heart, or circulation, or if you are pregnant.
