These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the IcePutt mobile game operated by Medina Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using IcePutt, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use IcePutt solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on Apple devices that you own or control.

Your use of IcePutt is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and any applicable App Store rules.

2. Purchases

IcePutt offers a one-time in-app purchase known as the Full Game Unlock, which unlocks all levels and removes free-content limitations.

• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.
• The Full Game Unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase associated with your Apple Account.
• If you have previously purchased the Full Game Unlock, you may restore your purchase using the Restore Purchase feature within the app.
• Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. Any refund request should be directed to Apple.

3. Free Content and Hints

IcePutt includes a selection of free content and a limited number of free hints.

We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, or adjust free content, gameplay features, and hint availability in future versions of the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the app.
• Modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or create derivative works based on the app.
